The volunteer coordinator helps align Robin Foundation’s volunteer team with its vision. You play a significant role in helping our volunteer base grow but also seeing that each volunteer is having a great experience as well. In addition to helping move our mission forward, at the top of your priority list is ensuring that volunteers do not burn out and that they do not exceed their volunteer hours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish goals and strategies for the program that support our mission
  • Assess organizational needs that volunteers can solve
  • Create a positive volunteer experience that helps volunteers meet their philanthropic goals and ambitions through a relationship with our organization
  • Formulate and present a program budget to senior management
  • Prepare annual reports on program success
  • Utilize our database/CRM to maintain volunteer records and track volunteer statistics
  • Write volunteer position descriptions

  • Ability to use/ be trained for online tools to engage members, donors, and corporate partners.
